What's the difference between a garland, an arch, and a backdrop?

An arch is a garland shaped into a freestanding arch, often used for photo moments or entrances. A backdrop is a styled wall or frame with drape, florals, and balloon accents, built specifically for photos.

What areas do you serve?

We are based in Cleveland, Ohio and serve the surrounding suburbs including Lyndhurst, Shaker Heights, Beachwood, Mayfield Heights, and University Heights. Traveling further may be possible for an additional fee.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend at least two weeks notice to guarantee your date and color palette. Rush requests are welcome and we will always try to accommodate a tighter timeline.

How long do balloon installations last?

Indoor air-filled balloon décor typically holds up for several days to a few weeks. Outdoors, balloons are affected by heat, direct sun, wind, and cold, so we plan the install timing around your event and the forecast.

What happens if it rains or my event is rescheduled?

Outdoor installs are weather dependent. If the forecast looks risky we reach out ahead of time to discuss moving the install indoors or adjusting timing. If your date changes, let us know as early as possible and we will do everything we can to move with you, though availability on the new date is not guaranteed.
